Adding the network
Most EVM wallets (MetaMask, Rabby, OKX) can add the chain automatically — use the Add Robinhood Chain Testnet button on the Positions page, or the network prompt when you first send a transaction.
To add it manually, use the parameters above. The explorer links in the app point at the chain's Blockscout instance.
Getting test funds
- ETH for gas — from the faucet above, or any Robinhood Chain testnet faucet.
- mUSDG (quote currency) — needed for auction bids; on testnet it is distributed via the deployment's faucet channels.
- Mock stock tokens (mNVDA / mMSFT / mTSLA) — what you split; likewise distributed on testnet.
Wallet safety basics
- The app never takes custody: every action is a wallet-signed transaction against the protocol contracts.
- Token approvals default to the exact amount needed per transaction; the unlimited option exists purely for convenience.
- You can always verify what you signed on the block explorer — every address and transaction in the UI is linked.
